Q) How do I place my order???
A) We can be contacted by telephone, or via Email !!!

Q)How far in advance should I place my order ?
A) We request at least 24 hours for regular orders. For multiple and larger orders we request 7-14 days.
(During busy holiday seasons, we recommend ordering as early as possible, to ensure delivery)
Q) Do You deliver, can I pick up my arrangements?
A) Yes, you can drop by and pick it up, and Yes, we do deliver!! Dartmouth $10.00 Halifax $15.00 (areas further outside of the city, delivery cost to areas like Lawrence Town, Mount Uniack, Timberlea, etc. will be a bit more !!!)
Q) How can I pay for my arrangement???
A) Currently we are excepting all major credit cards via Paypal 100% Secure!! It's okay if you do not have a paypal account, you do not need one. Just follow step by step given in your invoice email, that we will be sending you. We also except Cash upon pickup ONLY!!!
Q) Is it safe for me to use my credit or debit card on line??
A) Yes, Paypal is the #1 trusted on line banking method !!!
Q) How can I cancel or change my order???
A) Contact us by phone or via email. Please contact Berry Blossoms minimum 24hours before scheduled delivery to change or cancel original order!!
(Although we will do our best to accommodate your request!!!)
Q) How long will the fruit last??
A) We recommend enjoying it right away, if you can't do that, keep it wrapped and place in the fridge. If you have left overs at the end of the day, place in an air tight container and refrigerate.
Q)Do your products contain preservatives or added sugars???
A) NO, and NO !! Our arrangements are 100% natural and we do not add any sugars!!!
Q) Do your products contain nuts or come in contact with nuts???
A) No, our kitchen is NUT FREE. I am familiar with many types of food allergies, as my mother is VERY allergic to eggs, and I've also worked in a few daycare kitchens. Children's allergies ranged from strawberries, lactose, eggs, to seafood and nuts!!
Q) Do you do custom designs ???
A) Yes, if you're looking for certain colors, groups, basket colors, etc. We also offer 3 types of chocolate to have fruit dipped in. (Dark, Semi-sweet, and White chocolate)
